Casa 2329
Peratellada, Baix Empordà
2023
The project takes root in Riera de Peratallada, where the intervention dialogues with the tradition of the site and its urban scale. The house is conceived as a central courtyard that organizes the spaces and allows them to breathe, creating a refuge where interior and exterior merge in a continuous, harmonious experience. The volume is arranged around this courtyard, reinterpreting the idea of the traditional masia with a contemporary language that celebrates domestic life and the connection to the garden.
Materials seek simplicity and warmth: earthy tones, jointed stone, and wood that bring authenticity and rootedness. Each corner is designed to invite tranquility and the enjoyment of daily life, with paths that open onto the courtyard and create moments of pause and contemplation. This house aspires not only to be a place to live but a space where architecture and life meet in harmony and serenity.
