The volume can be fragment, and fragmentation can be unity; weight can be light, and lightness can be weight. These tensions guide the project, allowing the organization of the houses on a single level, with complementary spaces and outdoor areas, establishing a fluid dialogue with the surroundings and with the way the space is experienced. Three bodies with single-pitch roofs define the constructions, while an interior gallery with a flat roof unites them and opens them to the garden and outdoor spaces. This wooden space, like a surrounding protective portico, creates a continuous play between inside and outside, combining service areas, living spaces, and the intimacy of the bedrooms in a succession of shifting perspectives.
Dualities are revealed in the materials and the atmosphere: the earthy plaster and traditional roof tiles convey solidity and rootedness, while the wood of the gallery and the joinery brings warmth and domesticity. The balance between weight and lightness, between interior and exterior, shapes homes that are open to the landscape, functional and welcoming, with a presence that is solid yet gentle, creating a habitable and harmonious environment that dialogues with every space and every view.
