Casa 2448
Tossa de Mar, La Selva
2024
The project envisions a house that steps down along the terrain, as if in dialogue with it, creating spaces that adapt to the topography and light. The two main floors and the basement organize life in layers: above, the day area opens to the landscape; below, the bedrooms and resting spaces offer privacy; and the basement garage completes the house’s functionality. The pool is conceived as an extension of the garden, a place to enjoy silence and nature.
The materials seek simplicity and warmth: wood, concrete, and natural cork, which not only clothe the building but connect it to its surroundings. The green roof reinforces this idea of integration, turning the house into another element of the landscape. This proposal aims not only to create a dwelling, but a refuge where architecture and nature meet in harmony, a space that accompanies daily life with balance and serenity.
