Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Barcelona
2024
The project takes root in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, in a landscape where the agricultural plain meets the proximity of the sea and the characteristic calm of the Maresme. The intervention seeks to listen to the memory of the existing house, respecting the elements that define its essence and offering a new way to inhabit the spaces with light, openness, and serenity. It is not about changing its identity, but enhancing it, creating a refuge where daily life unfolds with natural ease and comfort.
The rehabilitation embraces an architecture that celebrates simplicity and connection with the surroundings, integrating interior spaces with the same care given to the exterior landscape. Every decision is made with the intention of creating a place that invites lingering, where the history of the house converses with a new chapter full of possibilities. In this way, the project becomes an opportunity to rediscover the home and make it part of a future that keeps its essence alive.
